Premised that “ The EPSU Firefighters Charter” has delineated a picture of optimal reference with regard to the job conditions, it is sure fundamental to understand, for every matter, which level of trade-union comparison is previewed in the relationship with the institution prevails to the organization and the management of the service of the National Fire Departments.
