To be able to structure the formative/informative project addressed to the Mediterranean Area countries it is necessary to depart from bases the more possible common for the various countries. Considering that the profession of the fireman is purely technique, but tied up tightly to the risk, in it they assume relief the technical and physical preparation, the human dowries and of character, it is tried to frame the plan of job in two macroareas of organization (A and B).
The first one is object of this our report and contains the possible variables in the firefighter organization that are connected to the formulation given by the various national governments; these points are very diversified and they find a comparison in the history of the firefighters in the various countries, but also in the types of governments and in the forms of democracy choices in the single nations.We remember that the firefighting constitutes a public service tightly tied to the technical help to the population for very diversified sceneries of emergency, but they don't normally have anything to do with the public order.
The second macroarea also goes down in detail on the dangers for the health and the safety of the fireman workers with relief for the formation and for the operational procedures.
With this point of view on the problems it has tried to arrive to the best characterization of the factors to improve for having surer conditions of job of the firemen and therefore more effective benefit for the service to citizens.
